3. How data is collected

Your personal data is collected electronically, automatically or partly automatically, through the forms on our website, server logs and cookies. Information you share when contacting us via WhatsApp, phone or e-mail is processed for the same purposes.

4. Transfers

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to our website hosting provider, our e-mail service provider, authorised public authorities (upon request) and our legal advisers.

Fonts and some interface files on our site are loaded from third-party content delivery networks (Google Fonts, jsDelivr, cdnjs). In doing so, your IP address and browser details may be processed by these providers, which may be located abroad. The contact page shows OpenStreetMap and Google Maps maps; when the page is opened your IP address is sent to these services and Google may set cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

5. Retention

Contact form records are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and any potential disputes; access logs are kept for the period required by law. At the end of these periods, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

6. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request deletion or destruction under Article 7 and notification of these actions to third parties; to object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
