Electro-lifting magnets

Electro-lifting magnets are high-efficiency industrial solutions for lifting, moving and transferring ferromagnetic materials such as iron, steel, pipes, plates and scrap. Depending on the working area they are customised as single-body or multi-body units controlled by a single control mechanism.

Design and construction

The magnets generate different field strengths depending on the shape and surface area of the load. Bodies are manufactured from welded steel or high-alloy casting. Rectangular magnets are available in both welded and cast versions, while circular scrap magnets are usually cast in one piece, minimising loss of magnetic field.
